The National Healing Arts Certification Board would like to invite you to become a Board Certified Practitioner and a member of a growing international organization. As other professionals are being certified in their field, the National Healing Arts Certification Board promotes all qualified Practitioners to be recognized as experts in their field.
The National Healing Arts Certification Board is a division of the National Healing Arts Institute, which was established in 1999. The National Healing Arts Certification Board is dedicated to promote an enhanced professional image and prestige among doctors of traditional and non-traditional therapies and methodologies.
The National Healing Arts Certification Board’s Commission on Certification is made up of NDs, NMDs, DNs, DOs, DCs, PhDs, MDs, DDSs, AyDs, DDs, OMDs, and other alternative health care Practitioners. The National Healing Arts Certification Board does not cater only to one field of health care practitioner, but unites all professional doctors that educate and practice the delivery of an integrative system of health care.
The Board has three(3) levels of Board Certification based on educational achievement.
Level I - Masters or Doctorate Level Degree from a recognized institution
Level II - Undergraduate Level Degree or Certificate from a recognized institution or program.
Level III - A certificate of program completion (non-degree) from a recognized institution or program
Your professional affiliation with National Healing Arts Institute can provide patient/client referrals, a nationally published membership listing and an impressive 8.5"x11" Certificate. Your name, along with our other qualified members, will be made available to the general public through our website allowing potential patient referral of conventional and alternative health care providers.

Both traditional and non-traditional holistic schools and colleges have suggested to their graduates to become board certified. The National Healing Arts Certification Board recognizes the programs of many holistic schools and colleges.

Board Certification Through Grandfathering Is Time Limited
The National Healing Arts Certification Board announced that starting September 2007 all board certification applicants will have to sit for an examination or be endorsed by another recognized certification board. Until that date applicants can be grandfathered into NHACB board certification through endorsement or sponsorship.
